Homes in Pernamitta
Pernamitta mixes older village homes with newer houses, many with larger roofs and open yards. Birds are common, and monkeys occasionally visit homes near trees.
Roof safety nets, monkey nets where they’re needed and wall racks for yards are the most useful fittings here.
If you’re not sure whether pigeons or monkeys are the problem, send us photos of the damage. Pigeons need only a standard bird net; monkeys need a heavier net with closed edges.
Larger roofs here mean long open edges, and families often use them for drying grain or clothes and for sitting out in the evenings. A safety net along the low sections, with an access gap left near the tank, makes the whole roof usable.
Older village homes sometimes have walls of mixed materials, so we choose fixing points carefully.
